The brief

Weavenn, a joint venture between e-commerce giants Fnac Darty and Ceva Logistics, offers turnkey solutions to marketplace players to help them meet the challenges of online sales.

Founded last September, the company was looking for an agency to help it create content, particularly digital content.

The challenge

How do you develop the personality and raise the profile of a new player in a service offering that competes with well-known players?

01.

A bespoke identity and website

Weavenn is a contraction of two English words: weave + heaven. So we came up with a brand personality capable of weaving a strong thread with its audiences. We devised educational and informative content in the form of regular meetings to provide relevant and accessible resources on the latest trends in e-commerce logistics and sales. The Weavers community was born.

Graphically, we used the codes of the tech giants via a minimalist design that highlights the essentials, combined with dynamic colours and bespoke 3D illustrations. This approach gives the brand personality while conveying its key functionalities.

The wave, symbolic of Weavenn’s ‘new wave’, is also a central element of our artistic direction. This graphic element draws curves, referring to the weaving and flow of logistics.

 

The first application of this new identity was on the corporate site presenting the company. Produced in record time (3 weeks), 100% manageable and modular, we suggested adding subtle animations to the site, to make the experience more dynamic and provide interactive information.

Transitions, scrolling… these animations make sense with the brand universe and the story we are weaving, to help us communicate and understand our offers.

At the same time, several film shoots were made with key players in the joint venture to explain the genesis of the project, as well as the offerings and distinctive features on the market. We chose to include video shots and motion design to support what the interviewees had to say.

In order to reach a wide audience and meet the specific needs of our future users and employees, this video has been produced in several formats and distributed via different channels, such as social networks.

Social media strategy & community management

We recommended launching the brand first and foremost on Instagram (a breeding ground for e-tailers), Linkedin (for its professional and institutional network) and Youtube (allowing more and more interactive formats such as Reals).
