The brief

As part of its digital transformation, Safran is modernizing by revamping the model of its historic intranet: Insite. More collaborative and personalized, the group wants this launch to be a high-profile event. To support this new internal project, the Bien-Fondé agency designed a digital activation with the development of an interactive website to present this portal to all the employees who make up the Group’s companies.

A gamified
event mini-site

In the form of an interactive game, the #CatchTheBubbles mini-site invites users to catch bubbles to discover the new features of the Insite intranet. Several types of bubbles can be collected: "Safran Insite" bubbles, which present the new portal's star features, and "Collaborator" bubbles, which enable users to interact with employees around the world.

Throughout the campaign, employees can earn as many points as possible, either by catching as many bubbles as possible, or by (re)connecting to the platform. A leaderboard is created to show the overall ranking of employees.

One of the challenges of this activation was to offer a mini-site accessible to the Group’s 65,000 connected employees, while ensuring security and user experience. To achieve this, we are using the SSO SAML V2 protocol, which facilitates user authentication and protects their digital identity.

An 8-week pedagogical-playful activation

The campaign has a simple objective: to present the new features of the future intranet in a fun way. To create excitement among users, the launch is spread over 8 weeks, and features exclusive new content every week.

By catching a “Safran Insite” bubble, employees unlock an explanatory video and discover the portal’s new, more collaborative, customizable and localized tools. In motion design format, these dynamic videos are available in French and English, with the addition of voice-overs to make the most of the new portal updates.

A creative,
experiential universe

The agency developed a poetic visual identity, coupled with playful gameplay. Bubble modeling creates a personal space, while retaining the notion of discovery, echoing the social features of the new intranet.

Individually, employees create a 3D bubble in their own image within a network of infinitely many bubbles. When a bubble flies away, it joins a whole that interacts and lives together.
