The brief
Founded in 1828, Bureau Veritas is the world leader in inspection, certification and laboratory testing. For many years, the company has been committed internally to raising awareness of sustainable development and wishes to become a model for the industry. To do so, it develops educational tools, such as the Sust’Enablers project, to enable its employees to co-construct a more responsible world.
The challenge
How to mobilize its employees, spread over more than 160 countries, in a playful way to the challenges of sustainable development?
Our answer
- 01. Take inspiration from video streaming platforms
- 02. Think of the content as a mini-series
Take inspirationfrom video streaming platforms
To bring the Sust’Enablers project to life, we designed a free access video platform, translated into six languages, for all Bureau Veritas employees. Thus, as soon as you arrive on the site’s dashboard, you will find codes that are familiar to everyone for ultra-accessible navigation.
Thus, in the dashboard, employees will find familiar features such as featured videos, recommended videos or soon available videos.
Think of the content as a mini-series
As the content of the project was exclusively video, it was interesting to develop it like a mini-series with several episodes to follow. On the one hand, this makes it possible to sequence the topics and raise awareness among employees around a single CSR issue at a time.
On the other hand, the episodes are broadcast throughout the year to create teasing and encourage them to return to the platform to discover the new content available.
